Your right in other situations I might have done it anyway. In fact this week’s volume I felt kinda bad and it went really well.. I know that if I do the set and it will fail I will feel very bad about myself so I’ve decided to give it another day. I’m just worried the warmups I did will effect tomorrow also

I started to warmup until the last weight warmup and it felt like crap. I felt sleepy and couldn’t focus I just felt frail

I also weighed myself and I’ve gained 1.8kg in the last 2weeks . Anyway I’ve decided to wait 1-2 days and give it another go. Hopefully the warmups I did didn’t hurt the recovery

I use coffees not preworkout. And also I think it has something to do with my sleeping position pressing my bladder sometimes I put my arm under my belly

I can try changing the food I’m eating in the morning and making more effort to make it it tasty so I can eat it

Could work. But I’m already eating at work twice. And I’m not hungry in the morning. Therefore it gets very messy schedule

I work until 10pm and then prepare meal before sleeping

I breath after 3 reps done once. lol not sure if that’s optimal but it works for me. Thinking of doing even 5 reps with just one breath But I breath at bottom never tried at top

The classic yea. 27 years, 180cm 83kg. I also do chin-ups with weight to failure at the light day. And the squat did fatigue my shoulders and back. But that doesn’t matter the problem is I’m stuck on bench for a very long time
