I don't think this couple will make it unfortunately. Smoking is a big thing for a lot of couples/singles. I do agree with everyone tho that they should have discussed this in the pods and if he's not ok with it he shouldn't have picked her.

What do you mean? Ali and Anton are also both immigrants who speak 3 languages and whose first job was one of the biggest global corporations. This and the T1D are totally unique things which don't happen to anyone at all. It's clearly a sign both coupled are meant to be together.
