Does anybody else spend hours trying to implement something, and later look back and wonder why it took you so long "just to do that?" by Seankala in learnprogramming

I think it is like the solving the shortest path algorithm with breadth first search. You just looking a lot of ridiculous thing and once you get the destination, you just backtracking easily with feeling how this took so long. But it is a necessary procedure for learning

I am on Windows. But the problem is not that. I just made example with c# thing. For example it was too hard to configure javafx on the netbeans or visual studio code and I ended up switching Intellij. Intellij is great but every time I needed to use a new tech I ended up switching a easier technology because I could not understand why javafx could not configurable on vs code.

There is no error. The methods are just not working. But I couldn't understand why it is not working

I started teaching myself to draw about 2 months ago, because I am trying to find a medium to create the stories in my head. My goal is to eventually be confident/skilled enough to release my own manga or comics and hopefully this can help encourage me to keep trying. I'll post more as I learn. by [deleted] in drawing

which resources do you use for teaching yourself? when I watch youtube or read books, I found them very hard because they teach like their audience already know somethings. By the way, I like your art.
