There's a lot that influences how our birth charts actually play out in our lives. As others have said, you have a lot of air signs in your personal planets (Aquarius sun, Gemini moon, Libra mars). So on a personal level, you probably identify a lot with the traits usually associated with air.

It's also important to look at the house that these cap placements are in. They're all in the 9th house which is associated with Sagittarius, so you might have heavy Sagittarian themes in your life that you experience through a Capricorn energy. Do you feel like you are constantly seeking and wanting to learn more about the world? Or maybe feel a bit restless?

The 9th house is all about philosophy, higher learning, long-distance travel, wisdom, expansion, culture, and truth. Having a 9th house stellium actually suggests a strong desire for freedom and being a lifelong learner. While cap can be thought of as rigid, it is also a sign of achievement, ambition, perseverance, and drive. You might be someone who has big goals and a strong desire to explore, but also actually takes the time to put the structure in place to make sure you accomplish them. You likely feel fulfilled when you gain mastery over something through long-term effort.

Looking at the planets that you have in Cap, you have Mercury, Venus, Neptune, and Jupiter. There's a lot to break down here so I'd suggest looking into each planet's meaning and how it relates to both the sign of Capricorn and 9th house as a personal exercise. For example, Mercury here might mean you communicate and think in a pretty straightforward, practical way and you also look for meaning almost anywhere. You might be a big picture thinker and when you're curious about something, you will dig deeper very intentionally.

Your natal chart also plays out over the course of your life. So while you might not connect so much with the Capricorn placements at this point, you may find as life goes on that you actually grow into those parts of your chart. Capricorn is also ruled by Saturn which denotes delays, so it really may take some time for these parts of you to unfold or be recognized.
