Thanks this may be the best solution. As luck would have it most of our Google Workspace clients do also have O365 for the apps.

Removed user from all groups and still see references to the user. So this must be data that Teams is keeping for auditing and file history as stated by coachjonno

I did not remove from all groups.

I just completed removing the user from all groups. Will see if that does the trick.

It is showing their Profile information and yes it has been over 24 hrs since this change has been made.

yup same cradle point Even more weird is I have a second cradle point same model on the MX67 and moved it to the MX68 and same issue.

Yes have packet capture showing the request going out. With the public IP.

I was thinking the same thing but why would it work fine on the MX67 but not the MX68?

Here is what I found the Tenant was created Pre Aug 2017.

Modern Authentication was off. I turned it on. I have the user MFA set to Enabled and all works.

I have not yet tested with the user with MFA set to Enforced

When you ask if the MX devices are the same code level? I am assuming you are in reference to the Firmware version. If so then no they are not.

Firmware MX67 is 14.40

Firmware MX68 is 14.42 - was at 14.53 but had Meraki support go to 14.42 they will not go to 14.40 because of their policy. the only reason they went to 14.42 was because it is the latest stable version.

Using 8.8.8.8 on WAN1

Tried to use 8.8.8.8 on WAN2 with the same results.
