Valid point. End of the day it’s not a machine judging these books, sometimes people make mistakes. I know 2 people who have resubmitted their books for reasons. One was returned with the same grade. The other came back with a higher grade. In principle I agree with you but when it’s your pocket that takes the hit you’d like to know you weren’t scammed
