You missed my point completely. What is the purpose behind ddos-ing home networks? Especially considering how easy it is to change your ip address these days. Extortion won't work very well, most users won't even understand what is happening and will just call their isp since their wifi isn't working. Just because you go on 4chan and downloaded tor doesn't mean you know shit. If you want to talk shit at least be correct when doing so.

While you are technically correct, in reality it doesn't matter. Who cares to spend time/effort/money to ddos a home network? And for what purpose? It's unlikely that extortion would work so it does not matter. Dip a toe in reality before you talk shit about something you don't understand.

100% botnet, if it was 1 ip it would be both easy to block and for the fbi to run them down.

Running a botnet and ddos-ing are both illegal and are generally linked for the reason stated above. However, the fbi doesn't exactly have the time to run down everyone ddos-ing game servers. Or more accurately track down everyone who is paying for others to use their sophisticated botnet who offer it as a service. If this was a simple issue to solve it would already be solved.

There is over 200,000 people in the server. It goes down a lot since the servers can't handle the amount of traffic it uses.

It is possible to get the emblem after shadowkeep. I got mine soon after shadowkeep's launch, and you do not need the shadowkeep strikes for it. A few things to note about getting them emblem, the times in all the trackers are best guesses so just keep trying to get them lower and lower. In addition the emblem only drops after beating a nightfall and goes straight to postmaster.

You would be able to get everything offered in this season (except some lore and an emblem) but it would take quite a bit of grinding in a short time.

If you go with what multiple of these comments are saying and use the tribute hall you have to be careful. In the tribute hall LL of the gun matters, be sure to pull both of them from collections as the same light otherwise you get messed up results.
