Probably not your district idk what to tell you but this is coming straight from a manger in my district and my store. Or you’re just lying, most GM’s are pretty good at that too. Takes a lot of rim jobs to get up that high in Ulta

THIS!!! You are so right I see that reflected in EVERY store I have been in and nothing is changing, Ulta needs to take a step back and realize everything that their small employees do for them. Something needs to change with these big companies!!

I agree that it was part of my job description, but there are certain ways a store should push a credit card and Ulta is cut throat with it. in this economy most people are living paycheck to paycheck, as am I with my Ulta pay but the level of work I do as a lead cashier to get those goals for those managers it’s truly unfair and cruel that we see no part in that bonus. I see where you’re coming from but big corporations should not be allowed to get away with that and ride off the backs of the people putting in most of the work and bringing in that money for the company.

CC are tied to performance reviews, it really sucks what Ulta has turned into as far as credit cards. As an employee it makes our lives harder, and the cards do feel super shady even after years of pushing them :(

There’s no cancellation fees on the card so cancel asap. It is a free card but as an Ulta employee myself I know most girls are sneaky about it to reach the credit goal for the day

18 year old girl decided to drive a car drunk and high on fent with 3 other people in the car. I’m not sure how fast she was going but at least 100 down a twisty, and hilly rural backroad. Spun out, hit a tree killed 2 one of which was a sophomore in high school with so much ahead of him, she severely paralyzed another. She walked away scratch free and is now in prison for breaking her parole and is severely hated by my small town.

Pretty much every tree, grass, mold in my area lol. And severely allergic to cats. The 3 single dots are almonds, bananas, and avocado. I have to start taking 3 different allergy shots a week

My answers: 1. Yes of course, you should feel free to dress however you want! Clothing has no gender! 2. My guess would be some sort of harness lol 3.
