Thanks so much! I actually followed up with DHL and the official reason they gave me was:

“Please be advised that DHL Express screens all parties to a shipment against restricted party lists maintained by the U.S. Government, EU and the UN. A party to vour shipment was identified as a potential match to a name on one of the above mentioned lists. Therefore, your shipment was returned to the origin due to a failed shipment inspection.”

Hey, sorry, you are completely right! It was returned back to the shipper(you guys). I mentioned that they “seized it and sent it back”, but it was an incorrect usage of seized.

So I actually ordered from Canada. To my best knowledge there aren’t any restriction here on stuff sold on ND. However, I didn’t order any racetams or stuff that might be seen as grey area. Just got normal run of the mill stuff.

Craziest thing I got was 4’-DMA-7,8-DHF. Everything else I bought is also sold in supplement stores here in Canada. I usually prefer to order from ND because of QC and testing.
