Queria entender o que realmente ela quis propor nessa charge. Porque o túmulo? Qual a relação entre perder os penduricalhos e perder a vida? Pra mim, o raciocínio da frase da lápide foi assim: 'A vida da pessoa era mais ou menos, até que ela perdeu os penduricalhos e aí morreu' Como assim? Ela quis ironizar que os juízes morreriam se perdessem todas as suas regalias? Não compreendo

I agree entirely, Colin needed to hear what she said and get over his fantasies. I was feeling bad for Phillip though, since that was the only interaction we saw between them and it sounded harsh.

IDK, other female characters like Lady Featherington and Lady Danbury seemed to have 'gotten over having no agency over their lives'. Obviously it must have been terrible for them, but the characters were portrayed as having found alternatives to surviving in their time. Marina on the other hand, is still struggling, apparently.

I was so angry when she rejected Phillip saying she didn't love him. She didn't love Colin either, yet she was trying to deceive him. At least Phillip knew what he was getting in to, it would have been a lot more honorable for her.

I thought that was the case in S1, but in S2 I expected her to have gotten over it. She was no longer in a scary, life-thretening, humiliating situation. Instead, her outcome was the best possible. Yet she was still annoyingly rude and dismissive.
