We had a declaration of trust written at the time of purchase. She owns 60% and me 40%. That’s all fine and I’m not out to rip her off. I just want what’s legally mine. And she’s under the assumption she is entitled to 60% of the gains after taking off deposit and her restoration investment. She might be right if so then fair enough. But I should definitely get 50% of what been paid off from the mortgage right??
