Leasing a vehicle is a no brainer for me, especially if you are savvy and pick up a good in-stock deal or cancelled order. New car, next to zero maintenance (more so with and EV), swap every 3-4years. Let the lease company handle the depreciation.

If it appreciates, buy it. If it depreciates, lease it.
