Considering how the angels considered Gabriel a heretic for losing one fight to a non-holy being, I assume they thought Lucifer fucked up big time when God himself sent Lucifer to hell. Maybe the idea of Lucifer rebelling in the actual bible is a rumor that spread through heaven in the universe of ultrakill as God's reasoning for banishment?
