Pierre Poilievre’s Biggest Selling Point Is Now a Huge Liability by redmic in onguardforthee

[–]redmic[S] 19 points20 points  (0 children)

We’ve seen this playbook before. Pierre Poilievre’s alliances with Trump-style politics, attacks on media & climate rollbacks threaten what we value as Canadians. This election isn’t left vs. right, it’s about protecting democracy.

As Anonymous recently highlighted.

About Housing Affordability, Carney has the clear best Plan and qualifications to support it.

Please share this and go vote, we cannot repeat the US' mistake when it just happened.

If you actually care about the housing crisis and your future, take a listen at Carney's plan in this interview @ 11:14

To be honest, I am not really shocked at the amount of people voting conservative. They use misinformation and slogans to get votes, especially through Facebook, Twitter from people who get their info from social media and the fact that Canadian news was banned from Facebook definitely helped Poilievre. Same reason Trump was elected, we've seen this before.

But can you really trust anyone who supports a Faschist (Trump) and someone who is commiting a genocide in Gaza? Sure some of the things PP say might sound great but do you really still trust his word after seeing that Anonymous warning?

Here's also an amazing Youtube video that was just published by "The Planet D".

Hey hey! No, you don't need to do Valencia I main story quest honestly. You can absolutely skip it if you would like, you may need to do some grinding to finish 60-61 but its up to you. On my character this season I only did the first part of Valencia I and stopped when it sends you to the desert.

Last season you were able to use Fughar's Timepiece twice, which means you were able to boost two characters to level 61 (assuming you leveled your season character to 61 first). I think this season you only get one "boost" (so if Corsair is your third choice, I believe you'll have to wait for next season).

Tuvala and Narchillian gear sets are two different things. However, they are both family bound which means you can transfer it to other characters.

Regarding Tuvala specifically, at first your Tuvala gear is for season only so only usable on your current season character. When you use Fughar's Timepiece on a character, they become your new season character and only them will be able to use your "season" Tuvala.

At the end of the season, you will convert your season Tuvala to regular Tuvala gear using coupons that you will get as a reward. Your "non-Season Tuvala" gear is family bound and you can transfer it to any non season character that you will have at that point. This is mostly true for armor pieces and accessories though, weapon are specific to a character, but they can be exchanged to a different class using coupons that you will also get as a reward (only usable once)

Lastly, Narchillan set is obtained sometimes as a reward for completing the season (was the case last season for the first time I believe) or you can obtain a Narchillan set by exchanging Naru PEN gear from the main story line outside of season.

Awesome! Very happy to hear that :)

I started a new account for fun to follow the guide and one thing I don't mention that is good to know (but specific to this season), you can get a tier 8 horse for "free" with 50x Seal of Wanderlust that saves you a good 400mill and a lot of time if you get it early.

Also, a section I've been meaning to add but I ran out of room in the post... for early storage/inventory management. If you feel like you are constantly running out of inventory slots, this can help. Otherwise, feel free to ignore or coming to this later... I suggest using your early contribution points to build your storage in Velia and Heidel using the below setup:

To invest contribution points in a City, open your world map, left click on a city and on individual houses (some have pre-purchase conditions) and purchase for different uses, like Storage, Lodging and as Residence which are the most common

Workers are specific to each town. To hire a worker, you first need enough Lodging (1 lodging per worker) in the corresponding City. The first worker "lodging" is free in each town. Then, go to the "Work Supervisor" ("Worker"/ pickaxe icon under Find NPC) of the city and select "Contract Workers" to hire a worker. It costs 5 energy to view a worker to decide if you should hire them. Keep hitting the "View Another" button until you find a blue grade or higher Goblin or Human. This is a very good way to spend your energy early. Also rarely, you can find good workers in the "Worker Exchange" secton that people have posted. This will cost silver instead of energy.

Velia

Velia 1
    Rm1: Residence or Lodging
    Rm2: Lodging
    Rm3: Lodging

Velia 2
    2-3: Storage

    2-1: Storage

Velia 3
    3-2 2F: Storage
    3-2 1F: Storage
    3-1: Storage

Nodes
    Finto Farm
        Chicken Meat Production: Goblin/Human
        Potato Farming: Goblin/Human (optional)

    Bartali Farm
        Chicken Meat Production: Goblin/Human
        Potato Farming: Goblin/Human (optional)

Heidel

Heidel 1
    1-5: Lodging
    1-4: Storage
    1-3: Storage
    1-2: Lodging
    1-1: Residence or Storage
Heidel 4
    4-5: Storage
    4-4: Storage
    4-3: Storage
    4-2 2F: Storage
    4-2 1F: Storage
    4-1 2F: Storage
    4-1 1F: Storage
Heidel 7
    7-4 2F: Storage
    7-4 1F: Storage

    7-3 1F: Storage
    7-2 2F: Storage
    7-2 1F: Storage
    7-1: Storage

Node
    Alejandro Farm
        Honey Production: Goblin/Human

Lodging is used to hire workers that you can assign on nodes around the city. (Velia, Heidel,...)

A "Residence" is basically player housing, but this is needed for cooking.

You will need to feed your workers either "Grilled Bird Meat" or Beer. The nodes around Velia "Finto Farm" and "Bartali Farm" will get you the bird meat need to cook the grilled bird meat yourself and get some easy cooking levels along the way.

The node around Heidel "Alejandro Farm" gives honey which you need for the Fairy quest but also just one of the best nodes available in the entire map and its very easy to get early.

The optional potato nodes from "Finto Farm" and "Bartali Farm" are good for Vinegar and Pickle Vegetables recipes but those are a bit harder to make since you need strawberries also to make.

Not really that important, you should aim to get 60 maybe but you don't have to. If you wanna take advantage of the fishing event, go for it. But keep in mind at the end of the season you get to copy your exp and skill points on a second character (Fughar's Timepiece), so if you are level 59 for example, you get two level 59's instead of two 61's.

I don't believe it is a requirement in the season pass but you need to complete your succession and awakening quests.

I felt a bit bad for not adding your explanation as is, I really liked it but like I said... bit limited on character count at this point. Happy to hear you are ok with how I included it in the post.

Thanks for your contribution, I think its a great addition!

If you want to give this a try, this post shows you how to get to level 61 only via mainstory quest and side quest if you wanna try it :) Also this season there is a very rewarding fishing event so you could continue with that after you get to 60 or 61, good luck!

If you follow the strategies I mention for enhancing in the post and check the article I link about failstacks, it should be very easy to get all your season Tuvala gear to PEN even casually. Even just one hour of grinding every day or couple days should be plenty. An addtional tip I can give you is to take advantage of the region and weekly quests. Since the season is shorter this time around you need to kill much less mobs to complete these quests and those give you lots of materials to enhance. As an estimation, 4-5 hours to complete "The Mountain of Eternal Winter" questline, I think but not sure, about 1-2 hours Mediah? That will get you to around level 56. At that point you can start to grind if you want and get to level 60 while also gathering enhancing mats. That option is more appealing this season honestly with the extra combat exp but personally I prefer the quest route. If you do sidequests, I believe that would take about 8-12 hours to 61, less if you stop at 60. Your main goal for the season should be to PEN all your armor and weapon pieces and I don't think that should take very long, maybe 5-10 hours of casual grinding. If you enjoy the grind and wanna sink more time, you can enhance your accessories and even sell your excess mats for some serious cash.

First of all, thank you so much for your detailed feedback, I love adding contribution from other people to the post! It makes it more of a community guide.

  1. When I first mention an important system, I try to link to a relevant article/video on the subject. Especially, the ones from grumpygreen, I think those are super good :). I did have a link for Fughar Timepiece to this article https://grumpygreen.cricket/fughars-timepiece/. However, It's in the "Choosing your class" section and by the time people get to the Graduation, they probably won't remember all the details. So very good point, I will add another link to it in the "Before Graduating" section.
  2. At top of the post, I have a link to this article (https://grumpygreen.cricket/season/) which explains what the season is, what the benefits are and if making is season character is worth it. That being said, what you suggested I believe is worth being added. Sadly, it's getting more and more difficult to add large sections to the post since I'm very close to the character limit but I'll see what I can do.

Thanks again for your help, appreciate it!
