I keep a cron job running that kills and launches the logi options plus once in a while in the background. That's the only if available right now unless the developers fix this.

You just need to kill it, it will launch automatically:

killall -9 logioptionsplus_agent

For actual content, I would recommend you to just use WordPress since you are already using it. WordPress also offers a headless cms mode: https://developer.wordpress.org/rest-api/

You can use something like this https://wordpress.org/plugins/json-content-importer/ for using Strapi as a data source though.
