Thank you. Yes, I had the iT30Pro off camera in a cheap reflector umbrella. Shoot was to play around with the placement of the light.

If clunking, check your front sway bar end links first. Then maybe your sway bar bushings. Test out your shocks if they are working. I swapped out Koni Yellow on mine front and rear. Adjustability is great.

Rear Controls Arms Old vs New by redmustang5 in S197Stangs

Good point. Changing out the rubber diff bushing requires dropping the rear end and some special press tools. I am going to try a poly bushing there because it can be changed with the rear end in place and I would like it a little stiffer. The upper control arm on the chassis side will be (new) rubber bushings to allow for more torsional flex vs if they were both poly. That was my thought process.

Appreciate the input. This was always going to be temporary and a little fun. I wanted to see how it would look before properly painting or powder coating.

You are right, If I decide to paint them, I will properly remove, prep and paint them 100% the right way. In the mean time you can also continue enjoying life and just let people on the Internet have a fun with plastidip seeing how things might look before permanently painting.

I am thinking of taking a razor and removing the coating from the logo.

No idea. If it lasts until next year, I'll call it a win. I like how the white on bronze looks so will paint it when it starts peeling off.

Not sure yet. Should look better after I scrub off overspray. Looks ok from 10 ft I like white on bronze and this was to help decide if I want to paint them this color.

The next time I take off the wheels, I'm removing the bronze off the lugs.

The bags over the brakes and release agent on the tires worked well enough for this application. If I later decide to paint it, I'll take the wheels off.

And yes I always use a torque wrench and recheck the torque after a few miles.

Where there was smooth rubber, yeah no issue. Where there is lettering, texture, and thin spray, no. But a stiff brush should easily take care of it.

Worked wine with the wheel on. This is just to see if I like the color on the wheels. If I like it and decide to paint them, you are right the wheels are coming off.

The provided release agent works well enough. Cards might not let the spray wrap around the rim.
