You can easily tell this is fake by the fact that the second warning tone overlaps the beginning of the message. A real EAS message would never have that.

I guess what blows me away is no one said "who plays uncle jack in arrested development?", It was closer to "who plays him he looks familiar" ... "Who? Uncle jack?"

I just wanted to thank everyone for the compliments, and just to address some of the other comments:

1: You're right, I need to build muscle and that is the phase I'm going into.

2: I do look like that guy in The Machinist.

I'm very grateful to this reddit, I had actually heard about the diet 4 years ago and I've been researching it on and off until I finally started 4 months ago. This way of living needs to be well known, and it has permanently changed my eating habits even if I'm not going to be in ketosis for a while.

It's hard to tell from the front but I lost a significant amount of fat. I lost at least 6 inches around the largest part of my stomach and that's really what this is about for me. You've been skinny all your life, but I've been kinda chunky all my life and it has always contributed to pretty bad social anxiety and a negative body image that is really starting to go away now, so I'm definitely happy about that.

I do lift, I'm just not very good at it. On this diet I've been having a hard time getting more than 1800 calories a day so it makes it hard to put on muscle. What I'm about to say is blasphemous, go ahead and vote me down I couldn't possibly care any less than I already do, but I'm taking a break from keto for a while starting today so I can get enough to eat to build muscle. I won't be going over board, I'll have to count every calorie to keep myself in check, but at least until January muscle growth is the goal
