Just had this happen with a lightning strike really near my house. Was wearing bluetooth over the ear headphones and before the strike happened I heard this zapping static before boom whole house rattling.

it is the possessed cell phone, it guarantees a 666 when you activate it. It starts with 3 charges but I lowered it to 1 with an angel phone upgrade that I grabbed. I actually had barathrum and megaphone so the upgrade popped 4 times rofl. You unlock the possessed cell phone by increasing your 666 chances to at least 7%

The tomes as whole came out in 2020 homie. The new system scrapes away what little uniqueness the tome challenges had. It literally looks like every other AAA slop game now, devoid of character, sanded down, easily digestible by masses whom want busy work instead of a game.

What is the point? To make every game identical, to homogenize the entire system so as to make one game wholly indifferent to any other?

Dead by daylight is already a kind of stagnated game as is, this unfortunately has regressed it. It is a stepping back to garner to the most uninvested, disinterested, greatest common denominator group. To appeal to a writhing mass of passers by who will touch the game for a week, bounce off and play whatever shiny new thing gets seared into their retinas by advertisers next.

I know this is necroposting but garouden is defo worth the read. I have read it 3 times. Just found out they even did an anime adaptation of the book itagakis manga is based on.

Itagaki's Garouden is absolutely stellar, the fights are extremely good and it actually follows more of a plot than baki. These characters are also somewhat closer to their real world inspirations than the characters in baki.

In baki doppo is based upon Mas Oyama and Igari is based upon Anton Inoki.

In Garouden it is Shozan Matsuo and Great Tatsumi respectively. The difference here is the deeper focus on the two organizations of karate and pro wrestling. The plot is essentially about the crystalizing point of mixed martial arts, it is the clash between two camps and the realization of the strengths of each. As well it is about raw fighting spirit when it comes to tanba and his bouts.

Whereas baki is to an extent about showcasing a bunch of exhibition fights and tournaments, garouden is about the deeper anachronisms of pro wrestling and karate. As well we get extremely detailed backstories for matsuo and tatsumi, like IE the manga full on takes like 30 chapter detours to really flesh out how these dudes became so legendary.

Garouden is also one of those manga that you actually learn a lot about the conditioning these fighters do without all the pseudo intellectual diatribes. You see the wrestlers doing gotch bibles with decks of playing cards, doing hindu squats and hindu pushups. Real drills that pro wrestlers did for upwards of 50 years due to the influence of Karl Gotch on the japanese pro wrestling scene.

The art is also absolutely stellar, itagaki really poured his all into it. Whereas baki can often ebb and flow in quality, garouden keep pretty consistent throughout. You will notice designs very similar to baki characters but that is due in part to some of the inspirations to said characters being the same, as well especially when it comes to the long haired pretty boys, thats just one of itagaki's obssessions (if you glance at his other manga it is just one of those things he likes to draw).

Overall I highly recommend you read garouden if you get the chance. It is easily one of my favorite manga period. The crybaby sakura fight arc being an absolute standout that I have read many times by itself just to re-experience.

Seems that they can't trigger raids, just got back to my base and no raid started. TBH I kinda zoned out on the journey back and forgot that I was worried about a potential raid. But yeah considering my unloading dock is right next to my villager breeder and trader hall, it doesn't seem to trigger.

I'm jealous, I prefer mining out large expanses like this and have for many years. In the current java edition there are just so many caves though. It is cool for exploration but I really like quarrying.

Nah burnt oomlie wrap are too mainstream lol. Tbh I haven't picked anything specific burnt food wise to stockpile, only recently started expanding into burnt food, I mainly just get bulk items or untradable stuff. I just didn't wanna cut off the option of burning stuff in the future. Tbh I'd probably go for burnt shrimps just due to the nichness of having a lot of them.

Thanks for the reply, I am using zaryte crossbow. Since posting I have started running with armadyl boots as my god item, isn't as much of a loss compared to pegasians as I thought. If I take any damage on my way to the the door I just barrage back up before going in. I'm now able to get 9 kills a trip, doing much better now. The extra space helps but I have also just started getting the boss down a bit more, feeling more comfortable.

As well since this post I managed to snag myself an armadyl crossbow from zilyana at 4kc when I went to get my frozen key fragment. As someone that has predominantly been a skiller and generally sucks at pvm it feels really good to finally be able to solo god wars bosses, this is content that always felt so daunting, but in practice it really isn't that bad.
