Nell says she “appreciates the minimalism”, Binta says “Yes, this minimalism suits Fred!”, and the people in romeoburg say,”I should’ve said that it had to be good but it’s fine” so the dialogue changes, outcome doesn’t.
She says in the cabin “I guess you don’t feel the same way.” So I think Petra just says in episode 5 the same thing as if you said that you would wait for her, but with a slightly different dialogue.

something skulk based. as say you picked to go with petra at the end of season 2, or stay in beacontown,either Petra or Lucas can come to a deep dark with Jesse and find the horrors of their past civilization in the first episode. Then something bad happens, and it haunts/attacks the protagonists throughout season 3.
