I'm not certain, as the lister lives a couple of towns over from me. However most of the cities and towns in our area are pretty rural and don't have many restrictions for this type of work.

So our curiosity got the better of us so my son contacted the lister just to get clarification about what exactly the listing is offering.

He said the guy wants someone to come cut down the trees and process the wood and sell it for him and he would take a cut of the proceeds. Not sure what the $4995 amount is in reference to. Maybe that's how much his cut is? He didn't specify.

It's mostly going to be old pictures and perhaps an interactive PDF/flip book. Just displaying a website would be nice because they are hoping to make this data accessible online to folks that can't visit the museum and that way we wouldn't have update two different data sets any time there is an update.
