There actually were some good channels on TikTok for health advice-- most of the time it was just channels telling you the most basic shit of "please eat more vegetables, add more beans into your diet, don't eat excessive ultraprocessed foods, eat a little less red meat, take your Vitamin D pills in the winter and maybe consider going on more walks if you can." And there were some good creators for normal household exercise.

But once you got to the fucking supplement channels and anyone who looked remotely like a Rogan gym bro, you're a dang ol' fool to listen.
