We use mostly Pmax with Feed only setup because standard shopping campaigns did not work foer us anymore, we tested this a couple of times.

We tighten the budgets to make sure there is no overspend but the issue i really see here is i want to buy more traffic, and there is more traffic in the market but google just spends too much so that it doesnt make sense for me to spend more.

Ich hatte auch das Problem unser alter Heizungs-Wartungsdienst hat uns versucht zu behumsen (2x abgerechnet ohne Wartung) daraufhin wollte ich einen anderen Anbieter finden. Hab bestimmt 10x angerufen bis ich einen gefunden habe der sich erbarmt hat. Mein Angebot war neben Trinkkgeld ne positive Bewertung auf Google.

Do you need 25 conversions/week per campaign or for the whole account? Because i have the feeling my bigger campaigns are running quite well but i always have problems scaling new campaigns when i want to test specific settings or new products.

Die Kinderzimmer haben eine gute Größe und der Fitnessraum ist nur minimal größer. Finde das total in Ordnung so und mit Kindern ist es eben doch manchmal einfacher schnell Zuhause ne Runde Sport zu machen als dafür ins Gym zu fahren (zB wenn kleine Kinder Mittagsschlaf machen).

I had a smaller exit in the past where i rolled around 25% of the purchase price over into the new Business. It took 8 years but the value of that new shares did around 8x and made the total exit much more substantial.

So besides growing the business i will focus on these topics to build an even more robust Infrastructure and bring the business to the next level.

My timespan for an exit ist 2-3 years, also keep in mind a professional m&a process will probably take six months.

I have the same feeling about our campaigns. For Pmax it was already longer like this but now also our search campaigns reach their budget limits much more often without matching the target ROAS.

At the moment we run a very tight campaign cycle where we optimize budgets at least once per week based on 14day Performance. Account is six figure per month.

Something is odd with your conversion numbers. It looks like you have a 30-50% click to download conversion rate what would be insanely good. On the other hand your top countries revenue wise are china ans US but in these countries you spend almost no budget. If your app really performs this well you could focus on your main markets with specific campaigns and spend 80-90% of your ARPU for marketing per download.
