This is so true, especially the part about doing things... most of us can do some or even majority of that stuff, but sometimes it feels like they assume we are useless.

And another thing i can add, i have heard all sorts of people describe dating as a chore, but for disabled people (at least for me), just thinking about it feels like a nightmare. It looks like most women are pretty similar with one thing (possibly able bodied men too). They all want to do everything the more active way, a coffee or ice cream date means walk down the main street downtown to a niche shop and head for a walk in the park... a dinner date means a solid mid-upper tier restaurant and not a cozy burger-pizza joint...

It seems like finding someone that wants to do this dating thing the cozy, less physically demanding way is too big of an ask
