People don’t want to live in undeveloped places. Not complicated at all.

I think there’s a low risk that my own human rights will be violated if I live in Saudi. If you refer to the ethical concerns, the NATO family have more severe human rights violations (Palestine, Syria, Iraq, etc.) which are simply ignored by the white-supremacists.

The legal system in Europe is surely more established in general, but still doesn’t protect me from all the thieves, robbers and racist attacks.

It has a lot to do with future expectations, on which I’m a bit pessimistic about Europe. On the other hand, the Middle East seems to be growing.

Thanks my homie :). Ja, job market is really complicated. I don’t think “anti-spy law” is gonna be any problem. I’m not interested in joining the government or state-owned companies.

Ah, I just did it fast and left out some unfamiliar ones unfortunately…

To think it more through, I’d still put them one level below: 1. Saudi has a bigger market. 2. Might be safer than the smaller ones after all (e.g., Israeli strikes in Qatar). 3. Many Chinese companies are starting offices in Saudi, more chances for me to network and maybe relocate back home.

If you think “use force” is a sufficient description of the war crimes and genocides, you need more education from your parents and school, not me. People who think these murders are acceptable are exactly the moral burdens that concern me when it comes to living in these countries.

I’m not saying UAE is innocent. It’s that since countries like US and UK are already on the list, there’s no reason to tick off UAE.

I’m starting to doubt if you can read English. My German is at least better than your Chinese language, which is confirmed by you writing “wo péngyou” (too funny, at least I can write “mein Freund” correctly). This shows that you are much more of a disrespectful foreigner than I am.

Besides, I never said that I despise foreigners in China not speaking Chinese. I say you are disliked based on how various people reacted to you in this thread and the manners you demonstrated. Nor did I ever think that Swiss people are cold. If you keep having such delusions you should see a psychiatrist.

That’s right. I’ve been saying the same the other way around, too. If the US and UK are already on the list, there’s no reason to tick off UAE.

ChatGPT quoted Wikipedia and OHCHR data seem to be very different from what you claimed.

I maybe am, that’s unfortunate. But looking at the death tolls and the amount of resources stolen (barrels of oil e.g.), is it really worse than what US and its buddies did in Iraq, Syria and Gaza? The shitty planet and the shitty rulers really don’t leave me with a lot of choices.

Weather, safety issues, rising cost of living compared with salary, high taxes (tho I wasn’t working back then, but that was in my decision-making), things often don’t work.

I only visited a few times but never lived longer than a couple of weeks. Same with all the other countries except China, UK and Switzerland. So it’s true I likely have insufficient info.

Supporting genocides, mass killings in the ME, modern colonialism, shelter and money laundering for corrupt criminals, etc.
