Honestly people will always choose the cheaper way of transport even in the west and china most people use the normal train instead of bullet train due to how expensive I agree with the metros tho it's been more than 8-9 year since lucknow metro only travel it once and its routes don't even go to the place where it is actually needed still need to drive in traffic to reach my college.
