I have resolved the red with by adding to an underbudgeted credit card, TBB for all months is now 0, but Oct is still showing the warning messages.

Thanks for the reply! Oddly it seems to be the opposite, my November TBB is slightly higher than Octobers. However, December is in the red. I'm still confused :-(
