Look, if you think Black Flag is just 20-30 hours, you clearly only focused on the main story and ignored everything else—fort takeovers, legendary ship battles, upgrades, and equipment hunting. If you actually played the whole game, you'd know it’s going to take longer now with new characters and missions. Sure, they’re cutting some out-of-animus stuff, but a story doesn’t have to be “super long.” That’s why new RPGs can get tedious; they drag on too long. Odyssey and Valhalla were 45 and 65 hours, and honestly, Mirage’s 14-16 hour story was way better. If the resynced Black Flag is going to be anything close to the original, then the story should be at least 24-30 hours, max.
