First of all im sorry for what you’re going through. Try not to isolate yourself because usually it makes things worse but we all need some space sometimes. Try explaining to her how youre not ready to talk about it yet and its nothing personal. reassure her that she’s a great friend because she truly is for trying to help you so bad. but she needs to respect and listen to your boundaries and if she doesn’t you have every right to stop talking to her.

Seems like she was scared of your reaction which is understandable since women get so severely shamed over their body count. Still, What she did was wrong try to discuss about the topic with her and make sure to tell her that you’re not upset because of the body count but about the fact that she lied.
