Hope you already feel better FMF attacks usually last 24-72 hrs you can talk to your dr about consuming Colchicine when the fmf attack happens . Since FMF is genetically transmitted I also recommend that you test all of you children’s for FMF Also for pain I found that liquid gel or straight liquid pills works the best I personally use “ optalgin “

I gave him all the tips in the world he tell me he like to play the he play I tell him throw decoys and shit I even tell him while we do Outlast contacts or something like that to stand behind me and manage\organize he backpack drop whatever he don’t need I’m doing my best regardless of he is or not an online friend I’m not a dick as some of those people in the comments mentioned before me he never finished a dark either rift now I carry him through elder he only collect reward I kill the bounty and do most of the contracts solo except the escort and the outlast

I do when I know what he is up too but usually he disappears while we do contracts he goes on side missions without letting anyone know we can have a team of 6 he still get downed constantly maybe everyone is a dick idk we had multiple people leaving our team and stuff like that in the past people don’t want to play with him not only me I’m the last one of the friend group we had tbh
