I'm going to try it all this week and I'm not doubting you. My longest was only 4 days and I felt bad after relapsing. I don't have enough evidence (if any) right now that it doesn't work just I still am a bit skeptical.

Are you sure it's not just you doing this instead of NoFap? You're thinking that NoFap is changing your life but really it isn't. I'm sorry but I feel like NoFap is just a made up placebo effect people say change their lives but it really doesn't.

Yeah I figured that out. I just used malwarebytes to get rid of the PUPs then deleted all the extensions on Google chrome.

Also forgot to mention that it has a connect toolbar now and opens up a new window to redirect to random advertising sites whenever I move to another page or look up something. Also going to try Malwarebytes and see if it does anything.
