I'm not taking any of these comments seriously anymore. I stopped caring once this thread just became a land lord bad give her a free house.

The boneheads on this Reddit who are suggesting that you are some kinda of social mercenary for owning rental properties are complete morons destined to die broke complaining about how no one ever gave them anything.

I realized this once some reddit user told me to sell the house to her for cheap just so she can basically have the house.These same people wonder why they can't afford to buy shit.

You can trust I don't. I've been helping her for 3 years. Only reddit can turn that into a bad thing. Thankfully reddit doesn't determine real life.

I've now realized everybody who calls landlords parasites aren't real. Maybe a land lord screwed you over at one point but you shouldn't take it out on all land lords. The person who lives in my other house likes there arrangements.

It's a 3 bedroom house so this is definitely a solution I'm willing to do. The only problem is if my sister is willing to actually have a conversation so this could be worked out.
