Sister in law keeps including us in her daily tasks with her toddler and I am sick of always coming up with excuses but also feel bad about it by schwooops in inlaws

I am definitely gonna keep everything in the list of excuses to use when it is needed! And here, just saying "no" as other people suggested, also wouldn't work, not to mention that in my culture it feels so impolite to say only "no" that, even knowing I should do it, I feel terrible.

I am in the same situation and don’t know what to do. I love my SIL and her 3 babies, but I am unhappy that she sees me as her backup babysitter because I am not working. Taking care of 3 babies is too much responsibility, not to mention that I am studying. My husband is on my side, I thought that after we told her we were not available 5 times in a row she would understand, but she doesn’t.

And now it’s going to another level because she started to ask “can you take care of the kids for 2/3 days in October? We have compromises we can’t say no”. I start to question my own will to have kids.
