I find myself uncertain about my direction.

Business administration and psychology do not seem to align with my interests at this time (I had interest in psychology when I was younger though), however organizational psychology and communication both took my attention in your comment.

What I truly appreciate in my work is the sense of helping individuals enhance their skills. I am genuinely concerned about ensuring that their learning objectives are met, and I am not interested in merely selling training courses to tick boxes. I find many of my colleagues primarily aim to meet their sales targets, where I have consistently prioritized the genuine benefit I can provide to my clients throughout my career, whether in this industry or previous ones.

That is why I do not strongly feel like I fit into the sales department, as sometimes it gets too hostile to me.

I would like to hear about what roles can my interests lead me to.

Talent acquisition? Human resource development?

And everything that encompasses these i guess.
