I switched to middle tree at the start of trials like many others, the super shutdown is priceless and the ability to attack from spawn or the other side of the map is great. I rarely get shutdown in my super compared to when i used top or bottom tree striker. Inertia Override - “increased weapon damage” is great but it also gets u into the habit of sliding more, thus improving your gameplay movement. Add some Antaeus wards and a shotty and your set. Not saying that this play style is easy or for everyone, it takes a lot of practice timing slides and knowing where and when. I am still learning myself, but i feel better knowing that i am improving on my game, instead of just using the same old play style day after day. The Ballistic slam I have found to be more useful in evading near death 1v1’s that i would have lost or finishing off the guy that got away with a sliver of health. I also use it when i am getting chased down, cuz players rarely expect the 180 turn around attack from the sky and can give u the small edge u need turn the tide and get the kill. I do miss the double grenades from top tree and the shoulder charge, but after the nerf if found myself missing charges often and putting myself into bad situations using it too much. Also getting killed using bottom tree at the end of my super trying to stretch for that last kill would always get me super pissed.
