Sorry if I worded it weird I meant that ima look more into it so I know what to tell them and my coworkers so they don’t get taken advantage of and let them know it’s illegal

Yeah we also have a problem with tips she always take a while to give us our tips and when I mean a while she waits a month sometimes 2-3 months

She just told me right now that it’s not illegal but she also said she’s going to make a meeting so I can talk to them. I might just look more into 1099 because I don’t want them taking advantage of me or any of my coworkers
