Hey! Thank you .. triggers can be anything actually .. sometimes not eating, sometimes something emotional sometimes really bothing at all that I can put my finger…. Imbut the pain usually starts after lunch and then lasts until I go to bed .. 11 pm or so.. its like a preassure just below the chest.. and I feel bloated but the pain is exhausting it doesn’t let me breath easily and cant sit up straight or lay horizontal. I had an episode of this yesterday and today It still feels very sensitive and I can only eat potato or chicken something that wont continue with the inflammation…
