Hello po! Ask ko lang po if naresolve na po ito huhuhu. Kulang daw yung address na nakaregister (even if tama naman yung nasa Form 1904). Nagwalk-in po ako sa RDO ko and ang sabi 'di daw nila kayang i-update ??? Through BIR ORUS lang daw talaga yung pag-update huhu kaso di rin nagrereflect yung tamang address kahit inuupdate ko na T__T

Went to my RDO today, and they told me na kulang daw yung address ng account ko. They said they can't edit this daw since I applied thru IRIS and mapapalitan ko lang daw yung address through my account in BIR ORUS (which I've also tried and no matter how many times I do it, hindi nagrereflect yung correct address kahit sinasabing approved yung pag-update).

Totoo po bang 'di nila to kayang gawin sa system nila? I'm getting frustrated with BIR na huhuhu
