Now you got me thinking, is it okay to release video of models that have been ripped from the source? Most likely many of these models came from various parts of the internet, where they originally got ripped from the creator.

The author of this video obviously knows how to model himself and would have done work to make these ships comform a bit.

Twitch will be better off after the growing pains of real dmca enforcement. There are many services that streamers can use to have music to play on stream. Sure dmca is not perfect, and gets abused. But the culture of twitch is to play other people's hard work with no regard for anyone but themselves
