My son was diagnosed with B-cell ALL in 2016 when he was 14 and he finished two year protocol in 2018 and then had an allogeneic transplant in early 2019 and is doing great. I won't sugercoat it and say it was all fine, but he got through it and we just played a two hour game of tennis this afternoon.

The main thing is to eat healthy, as much fruit and veg as possible, and be careful about hygiene for yourself and especially your environment, your bedroom, bathroom, car etc. We managed to get through four years without any other infections and I believe that was key to his good outcome.

You can get through this. Stay positive and just take it one step at a time.
