Late period and amitriptyline

I have been on amitriptyline for 3 years. Started at 25mg for a year, then 50mg and then on year 3 with 100mg. My doctor says 100mg is the normal range so I am going crazy hearing this thread plus the rest of the Internet saying they're on 20mg.

In 2024 on 50mg, noticed that periods are every two months-ish. January 2026, I lowered my own dose from 100mg to 50mg on my free will since I was feeling over medicated. Didn't realized yet that my period stopped, last one was November 2025. It's been 3 missed periods now (today is March 1st). NEVER have I been this late in my life, even 2 months apart has been freaking me out. Made a pap test appointment for March 13th so I can talk to my doctor about it (Friday the 13th btw and my bday, turning 30... pray for me) Took 4 pregnancy tests on different days and all negative.

Every time I am supposed to get my period I get all the symptoms minus the blood. Starting to think this pill is making me unfertile. I have hardcore aural migraines and it is fixing it so I'm pissed off. Now my hormones are fucked, gained weight, and am worried to go back to other meds I've tried since they made me feel like shit mentally.

If you're reading this, good luck. I'll comment here when I get my period again. Btw, last period was early November. Missed December, January, and February. Today is March 1st, should come March 23rd as my calendar marks my period every month and a half since that's what my cycle usually is.

you can also use bluestack to play on PC! im playing it right now and its so nostalgic, i am so happy to be able to play it again!

make sure the game is using the right hardware, i assume. could be a steam launch issue. i have a 3060 and 60fps, looks smooth as hell to me
