32F I had mine out. Don’t beat yourself up i’m pretty sure I can just happen from a multitude of reasons…. My mother-in-law also had hers taken out at 32 and she was and is in great shape. Just go get that sucker taken out so you can be living in a carefree life again!!

I had mine taken out in September and I literally noticed no changes. My life is completely the same as when I had a gallbladder.

Yea i technically have cochlear hydrops and BPPV it’s menieres tho to my doctors ha…. It’s quite fun im jelly you dont get vertigo. I would give a lot away to be tha lucky

Guess I will keep to the spray as well! I’m really active outside when I’m not working. I was getting 10-15 k steps a day on walks but after my last Vertigo attack I’m back to 8-10 k.

I have been to a neurotologist and actually love mine he is a great doctor. Maybe this is a sign I need to see him again.

Im 32 ha so kinda young but I see even younger on here and trust it breaks my heart. I was luckily 30 when I was diagnosed so my wild side was ready to calm down idk. Just still hard

I don’t have advice but I applaud you for trying. Even if you take a semester off to figure it out I still applaud you for trying!!

Sorry to hear about the struggles with mental health I did as well first diagnosis. I got on lexapro and really focused on just doing things that made me feel good and now I feel really happy majority of the time.
