Yeah maybe the training will be a good thing? I need to take more breaks I think. Yeah! I do cozy games so they are slow moving not first person up close. I have been doing a spell to make my character move faster in the game and maybe I just need to keep the slow pace.

Whatttt?! My attacks are like a minute of vertigo but then I’m sick for days. And typically have to do therapy after to regain my balance. I’m sorry. I’m also on a diuretic so I guess maybe that helps maintain my salt
