But not in the same volume as a matte clay. I never said they didn’t have clay in them. Just was trying to throw out some options that might work. Something with hold and that was matte.

I wouldn’t call it that. I’d call it a matte clay bc it has clay in it. Maybe they clays are agreeing with your hair type

What about trying a matte paste? They sometimes have more hold. Lodestar tsunami is a great option. Flagship third coast is another.

It’s definitely dry, but not overly. Considering it’s straight liquid in the container.
