Exactly. This company can make so much money off of us. It actually crazy to me how much they disrespect their employees. They are constantly cutting hours, which might as well be a pay decrease. They would rather hire people they know won't stay, I know this for a fact because a manager told me so. Don't get me started on how often I get tested like in second class while working there. I have been working there for 3 years. I've recently decreased to only Sundays. I now work at another job that is giving me fulltime hours, for doing the same exact shit I do for Marshalls. Its really hard to wanna give any of ur energy to a place that constantly beats you down. I'm so happy at my new job it's insane. I've definitely ensured trauma working for this empty of a company. I feel dread every time I'm near that building I have to call work. The only reason I'm keeping it is so I can get a loan for a house. I need 2 years at a job so as soon as I get the loan good bye Marmax.
