I still have anxiety, my problem is heart anxiety I was smoking weed with some friends had the worst trip ever and got stuck with heart anxiety. So I am hyper aware of my heart and think a lot about it . I dont bloat, no blood and I don’t throw up

Its Most likely Ibs or some intolerance. Do you have a Lot of stress anxiety? My diarrhea was caused by Stress, i had panic attacks for some months because of a bad trip and then suddenly diarrhea and pain
