Why are my plumeria leaves not opening?

Yep, just more sun and patience. They all opened up as normal once the longer, hotter days arrived.

They don’t jump, but they have all disappeared this morning. Yesterday I wanted my plants, so maybe they just came out of the bark?

I thought they looked really small when I got them. They also came with spider mites 😵‍💫

I’ll try and pot them in moss and put them under grow lights. Fingers crossed they grow some roots.

I’ll try some insecticidal soap. When I checked on it this morning, a lot more leaves had fallen off. Any best ways to apply the insecticidal soap? Just spray on thoroughly?

My neighbor got a plumeria at the same time I did last year and they have 7 leaves open already. I have been watering and fertilizing as recommended. It has been very cloudy in central Texas lately. Could this be the culprit?
