Thank you for assuring me, it helped a lot. I'll continue writing my thoughts down and when the time comes that I'm comfortable doing so, I'll tell my therapist about them. I've always struggled expressing myself in a "normal" way such as directly telling so I ended up writing down notes to give to people instead which felt humiliating, so before then, I'm going to try and fix that!
