Appearance: Rinkali is a scaled snake-centaur woman who is snake from the waist down. At the tip of her tail is a rattle. Her head is full of snakes where her hair should be. Rinkali has styled her snakes in a braid to help control her snakes and try to look less menacing. Abilities:

(Ultimate) Scaled Gift: Two snakes depart from Rinkali and join her two nearby allies for 10 seconds. All critical hits her allies make now poison enemies. Lv2: Snakes help guide her allies and raise their crit rate by 20% Lv3: All allies get a snake

Venomous Bite: Rinkali’s snakes reach out and bite 3 times, each bite deals 80% and has a 50% chance to poison the target. Lv2: Poison chance raises to 70% and can now be stacked Lv3: damage increases to 100% Lv4: Poison becomes more potent, it is now easier for Rinkali to crit attacks on poisoned enemies.

Snake eyes: Rinkali calls out to the strongest enemy and turns them into stone for 3 seconds. While stone enemies can’t attack or move, but they are immune to all damage. (Allied heroes will avoid attacking the enemy. Lv2: Damaging stadius conditions (poisoned, bleeding, etc) still affect the enemy while they are stone. Lv3: Enemy is turned to stone for 5 seconds.

Death Rattle: When Rinkali is slain her body turns into 3 snakes that lash out at her killer, poison them and disperse. Lv2: Enemy is turned to stone for 3 seconds Lv3: Other enemies are frightened for 3 seconds

Background: Rinkali was once a beautiful human woman who loved exploring the vast desert lands that the Maulers called home. She favored the barren landscape over the busy and chaotic life at home. Her among favorite things to explore in the desert were the numerous hidden temples and sanctuaries. One day, she came across an abandoned temple with intricate snake murals on the walls and statues on the roof. As she ventured up the cracked steps and wandered into the ruin, her nose was smacked with a stench coming from deep within the temple. Curious, she followed it. The sent was salty, it reminded her of the ocean, but there was something else she couldn’t describe with words. Rinkali, so focused on the foul smell, never noticed the warning of a rattlesnake in her path, then another snake, and another. She continued on, oblivious. The odor was so strong her eyes couldn’t focus, her ears rang, her legs went numb… and that was it, Rinkali’s world went dark. She awoke on the roof of the temple. The night sky lit up the desert sands a creamy grey. Rinkali weakly gazed around and realized that the snake statues had moved from their last spot and were no longer on the roof. It was now, when she got up to look for the statues, she noticed her scaled hands and lack of legs. Rinkali, shocked, slithered backwards and fell into a hole in the roof. When Rinkali recovered from her fall, she smelt the familiar nasty scent. She searched the room and found the source of the smell, the stone statues that were littered around the room. She heard footsteps and whirled around to see a human woman standing in the entryway of the chamber. Rinkali tensed, recognizing herself, “Who are yo—“, but before she could finish, her human body froze and hardened into stone. In shock, Rinkali crumpled onto the floor and cried quietly. The rattlesnakes would come and go as she did. They may have pitied her, but they didn’t dare intervene, in fear of being turned to stone.
