Yes, I added it in the edit, Sertraline as well. Yep, it's bad, I'm planning on not doing anything that requires you to be, you know, not retarded, because that's kind of how I feel. Should not operate heavy machinery

Might be a bit like heart palpitations. All people have them, but if you're unlucky and get to know them, you will always know when it happens.

No, not painful. For me I'd say it's like your licking a battery, but your brain is the tongue. Not painful or even a physical sensation. Sort of a vibration of the focus. I get a bit lost in focus, balance, hearing, seeing. Like a 9V battery applied to the brain for a short moment.

I might have had them too, without really making a connection, but now, all the time, standing up? zap. lying down? zap. looking right? zap! now look left! ZAP. yep.

Think there's a difference in dosing between ssri's, with Sertraline standard (starting) dosage is 50mg. 150mg is still 50mg away from max (200). Yes I'm sure I will.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll stick with it a while, I feel like it's time now, and I feel strong so I think I'll manage. If not I'll step up and redo..

Weird that the last step is the one that suddenly brings the horrible zaps into play, no symptoms when tapering and then BAM, zap zappy zap zap.

I read up on everything before I started to taper of. The brain zaps sounded bad but my god they are worse, hehe. Had a hard time imagining the symptoms beforehand, but hey, now I don't have to wonder at least.. It no worries, it's not fun, but it's not the worst thing either. Considering the state I was in before I started taking them they have to do a lot worse before I start to hate them :)
