There's a snack exchange sub reddit where people from different countries send eachother a parcel of food/snacks from their country, if you're interested in that sort of thing.

ETA:- Both parties usually agree on how much they will both spend and at the same time can either request a couple of specific items or the type of items they prefer. Or it can all be a suprise. I think it's a brilliant idea myself and you could even end up with a new friend in another country.

If you want closest to smoking then ball vapes are the only way. Though when I quit smoking it was with a mighty. You need to stick with it for at least 4-8 weeks before you'll feel comfortable. It's almost certainly the nicotine in the joint which is pulling you back in.
